Stuart has nine years’ experience advising FTSE AllShare remuneration committees and management teams on incentive design, target setting, IFRS2 valuation and pay benchmarking.
Stuart provides support to numerous Boards and Remuneration Committees on all aspects of executive compensation, including remuneration reviews, the development of new incentive arrangements, shareholder consultation support and DRR drafting.
Stuart’s clients span multiple sectors, including media, travel & leisure, manufacturing, real estate and construction.
Stuart graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BSc in Economics and studied Corporate Finance at London Business School.
