Ming-Lai has more than eight years’ experience of executive remuneration, covering global reward strategy, incentive plan design, remuneration disclosure, M&A transaction advisory, and shareholder consultation support.
Prior to Mercer, Ming-Lai advised many Canadian companies on all aspects of executive reward. Ming-Lai’s recent clients span a range of sectors including engineering, manufacturing, financial services, natural resources, retail and utilities.
Ming-Lai graduated with distinction in Finance and Accounting from the Ivey School of Business at Western University in London, Canada.
